Dear Friend,
We need your help. There are fewer than six weeks until the election and none of the candidates for federal office are talking about the most important issue -- getting us out of Iraq.
We want to purchase newspaper ads across the state letting all the candidates, regardless of party, know that they can't get away with ignoring the war in Iraq any longer. Your contributions to that effort will make that possible.
It is my hope that when you receive your letter, you will be as generous as possible in order to make this happen.
If you don't receive a letter, it is possible that we don't have your postal address. If you want us to send you a letter explaining what is going on, reply to this e-mail with your snail mail address.
